Paid a deposit in January for 2 things to get fixed. Only 1 item was replaced and I am now struggling to get my money back for the part that was not "available". Promises are not kept, calls and texts are not returned! WORST SCAMMERS IN DURBAN!!!

February 2019. Biggest thieves ever! They quoted me for R1500 to replace my chest freezer motor. when Selvin came to replace it, he changed his price to R2500. It worked for only 2 weeks. He then came after 2 months and took my freezer away. It is now December 2019, no freezer, no refund. I cannot count the number of lies he told me. He never answers his phone. Bobby also lies and makes excuses for him. Today, the 10th of December, he asked me to collect the money from his premises at 9am. I drove from Hillcrest in the rain and was told the guys waited for me but left. whole lot of filthy dirty lies.Do not use them they also known as A A Appliance and Mr Freezer. gave their address as 1167 South Coast Rd. it does not exist. they advertise in the Highway Mail. Do not use this company!
They have stolen money from us after requesting an upfront payment. They do not answer calls and have not refunded us money for an incomplete job from December 2017. I have reported them on all social and advertising platforms so that this does not happen to anyone else in the future
