Chez is full of excuses. He agreed to a refund due to non installation and after 2 months of empty promises he decided not to refund me for work not done. He stole my money. And never delivered the service. Avoid at all cost.

I've literally been begging the owner, Chez, to come & finish the job he left unfinished for over 5 months now. SO MANY excuses! Wish I could post our Whatsapp conversations. This is absolutely pathetic service, broken promises, me (the client) waiting for them, and they never show up. No phone call, no apology, just excuses after excuses. REALLY bad. - AVOiD this company. To be fair, the windows they completed are okay, but they just don't give a damn about completing the job for which they have already been paid!
