I tried to have a spare key and fob made for my Audi S3 at numerous locksmiths in the Cape Town Southern Suburbs only to be told "no can do or Agents only" and was eventually referred to Master Keys in Voortrekker Rd, Goodwood. I was impressed by the fact that they said they were prepared to try but no guarantee of success I was even more impressed by how quickly they managed to do the job. Something I was told would take the agents most of a day to do at Audi hourly service rates which I'm sure would have been a small fortune. I highly recommend Master Keys for the service I received and recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the same position. In fact don't waste your time shopping around like I did and go straight to them. I can now stop worrying about losing my car key which was well worth the cost.
