Many years ago I experienced the problem of my outbuilding subsiding...
The insurance refused to attend to it, saying it was not covered by the SUBSIDENCE clause in the contract !
In desperation, I contacted Gibson Underpinning.
The job was done at a very reasonable cost - and all these years later there has not been any deterioration in the situation.
