Absolutely shocking horrendous service delivery from courier it franchise. Immature, incompetent and unprofessional staff that form part of the customer service division at particularly the joburg and Durban branches.. Refused to give their supervisor or seniors details despite being asked numerous times regarding them. I will never choose this company again as they fall short in every regard.
